Expansion of prescription range

CooperVision Korea announced that the prescription range for ‘My Sight One Day’ lens was extended and approved by the Food and Drug Administration in June. With the approval of this additional manual prescription expansion, the range of treatment for myopia is expanded from -6.50D (diopters) to -10.00D. CooperVision's 'MySight One Day' is a product that was born based on research on soft contact lenses in pediatric patients. In a clinical study, it was confirmed that ‘MySight One Day’ had an effect on myopia management in pediatric patients with myopia and slowed the progression of myopia by half. In pediatric patients (greater than 8 years of age) who started treatment, the effect was maintained during wearing regardless of age. Eui-kyung Choi, CEO of CooperVision Korea, said, “In the future, CooperVision will continue its efforts to expand accessibility so that more children can manage the speed of myopia progression through the ‘MySight One Day’ lens.”
