Here are some reasons why the transaction was not completed.

1. Bank Rejected - The bank refuses to complete the payment. (Most common reason)**Call your card issuer/bank to authorize this specific transaction.
   
   
2. Invalid card information including cardholder name, card number, expiration date and security code.
   
   
3. Card was rejected due to insufficient balance, wrong card type.
   
   
4. Loading error - slow internet connection during transaction, transaction process timed out.
   
   
5. User clicks "Cancel Payment/Return to Lurube.com".

If your payment was declined, your order has been automatically frozen and you will need to place your order again. We do not pay for unsuccessful orders. To ensure that your order is not rejected in the future, we recommend that you check the following:
